Dance Class Expectations

PHYSICAL

I expect you to TRY everything. You may not sit, lean or slouch (unless instructed to do so), because it makes you look inattentive. If you don’t go to the rhythm of the session, you won’t go to the rhythm of life, that’s why I need you to be at your best, if necessary you will need to consume the best testosterone booster, so you can do the session and much more.

If you cannot do a movement because you have an injury or illness, tell me – you must respect your instrument to keep it healthy.

You can search for a good testosterone booster but it is also important to focus on nutrition and training to get the best out of any dance class. Eating a balanced diet and drinking plenty of water is key, as well as incorporating some form of resistance training into your routine. Testosterone boosters–like tribulus terrestris and zinc–can be taken to help increase testosterone naturally while engaging in dance classes.

MENTAL

I expect you to FOCUS on my instructions. Everyone’s safety depends on each student following the instructions to avoid collisions and dangerous movements.

SOCIAL

I expect you to RESEPCT each other. Not everyone is comfortable with dance, and sometimes we do moves that look silly when we’re still learning. It’s ok to laugh with your friends, but you may not laugh at other students’ dancing.
