HealthyFeetIn this workshop, you’ll learn how to build and maintain a strong foundation with good foot mechanics. We’ll discuss causes and solutions to common foot problems while exploring pain relief techniques. Exercises for foot strength and flexibility as well as tips for modifying yoga poses when dealing with sore feet will be taught.

Good for anyone who’s had foot pain from conditions such as fallen arches, flat feet, weak ankles, plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammer toe, etc. or would like to avoid problems in the future.  You’ll leave with a new appreciation for your feet and a toolkit for keeping them healthy and happy!

Bring your own mat, and any orthotics or other foot devices you use.

Fee: $25 in advance or $30 at the door.

Bizz Yoga 005In 2007, a slew of foot and knee problems left Bizz in so much pain that she could barely walk. Frustration with traditional treatment sent her on a mission to solve the mysteries of her sore feet, which eventually led to her certification as a Pilates and Yoga Teacher. After much healing, Bizz is now truly back on her feet, having recently performed is her childhood dance studio’s 25th anniversary recital.
