Wednesdays
6:30 pm ~ Vinyasa Flow alternating with Restorative Yoga
June 9 – Vinyasa Flow, June 16 – Restorative (*5:30pm – this week only*)… and so on…
Connect to your inner strength through the rhythm of your breath as you flow your way into the mind-body groove. This intermediate-level class strings yoga poses into a fluid dance that will energize your body and invigorate your mind.
Saturdays
10:00 am ~ Hatha Yoga
A traditional Hatha class that will invigorate your body from head to toe and challenge all levels.
1:00 pm ~ Back to Basics
Rediscover the joy of movement while building stability and improving strength and flexibility. This beginner-level class blends yoga and pilates to engage your core and strengthen your mind-body connection.

Great News! Bizz is now a certified Pilates instructor through Body Harmonics. Even better news: Pay-What-You-Can lessons will continue through June, so get it while it’s hot!
Bizz is currently being certified as a Pilates teacher, and needs people to practice on. Book a session with her and pay anything you like before prices go up in June.
